This electronic device consists of semiconductor sandwiched between two ceramic substrate, Applying electrical current to semiconductor enable small and disk-shaped element to transfer heat from one substrate to the opposite one.
This heat pump is possible to cool and heat with Peltier element, depending on the direction of the electric current flow.

Our drive controller stably drives LED by controlling power and constant current. We provide not only controller itself but LED irradiation source ranging from single wave length at half width 10nm to multi-rod type irradiation source producing purposely solar light and standard illuminant like D65 or D50. Various types of irradiation source are jointly developed with AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), and other National Institutes, universities.
